S.O.L.A.R.® does not require or expect belief or faith of any kind that is not based on one's own personal experience. The student is encouraged to try, test, question, verify, and strive to fully understand everything for themselves.
Students are not expected to blindly adhere to, believe, follow, or worship any person, belief system, doctrine, ideology, or set of rules, so they are not considered adherents, believers, followers, or worshippers. Rather, they are seekers on a journey of self-discovery, self-awakening, and self-empowerment.
The ultimate aim of all S.O.L.A.R.® teachings is to assist a person to fulfill their innate potential—to become a complete human being, fully awake, fully integrated, and fully self-actualized.
Having said this, S.O.L.A.R.® makes no outrageous claims about being able to "produce" a student's enlightenment out of a hat. True enlightenment depends on many factors, not the least of which are a student's own willingness to face certain at-times-painful truths about themselves and their willingness and perseverance in making the required conscious and intentional efforts toward their enlightenment.
